LOL, ZFX are having trouble with the small prey, how will they cope with a company larger than themselves?
In another amusing statement;
'these companies think they are worth billions and are hard to aquire at a reasonable price'
Andrewe, I am just enquiring why you think any company that gets caught in a takeover should always sell at a reasonable price to the bidder but not the recipient and then complain when some holders choose not to sell.Your answer will be interesting.
I would assume that you would be happy to sell ZFX at $10 if OXR wanted a takeover.To my calculations this would be fair value.
