if you think an/the egm will change anything you are again sadly mistaken, if the Stella sale is pulled the company/lenders/creditor would have no choice but to call in every imagineable 3rd party external administrator from receivers, administrators to liquidators and then you'll see some real fire sale action happening, like 100% of Stella for even less than the 65% sold for
