What I've found out I have posted here with links to my finding, whoever told you they've sold out significantly didn't make sense to me. Not saying they didn't do it and never informed the ASX, if that is what they did it's makes this even more suss but if they didn't (which I am certain they didn't), it makes no sense why they sold the mine cheaply and made a significant loss forgoing any break-even price or even good profit, this has always been the argument as why they've placed it in C&M.
If you guys want to do a CA, count me in but IMO, it needs to be against the liquidator as how "hard" did he try to sell the mine at optimal price as all the data doesn't indicate the mine isn't worth only $250M USD.
