    That wasn't why he got 13 months, but it is the story being peddled by the fringe.

    Breaching the terms of a suspended (gaol) sentence normally requires a gaol term to be imposed, Robinson knew or should have know the risks of what he did.


    A sad day for justice if culprits are able to claim a mistrial because of the actions of people who think their crusade is more important than seeing justice served on the perpetrators of serious crimes.
