I aggree with you that CHM will win. With the intention of some parties to see that CHM went into liquidation the money trail was to become irrelevant. But as they say the plans of both mice and men often go astray and CHM was relisted. I understand that cheques are very traceable, are held for a number of years and the money trail isn't all that long.
