It's now 13 days.
Almost 2 weeks.
How long is reasonable to keep believing that the problem is simply bureaucratic inefficiency?
AGY has informed us that the gas connection is in place (i.e. pipework and metering complete) and just waiting for the work to be inspected, certified as compliant, and then the Gas company will turn the gas on.
We've been told Pablo and his staff are on the phone to the gas company everyday trying to get action.
I am assuming the gas company is keen to sell gas.
Given that many posters here on Hotcopper thought I was being unreasonable in raising this issue, what is a fair thing?
