In KRC announcement 23-04-2018 page 11 Corporate overview as well as the Hong Kong presentation timeline 9:07 you will see that KRC have $1.5m in the bank, they will have another $6m (Underwritten) making a total of $7.5m.

Now depending on how many options are exercised later on this month they could have a lot more as was said in the video presentation of up to $18m.
In the coming weeks there will be an announcement in regards to Vanadium along with the SP slowly moving upwards I am quite certain it will rise above the 10¢ that everyone is so keen to see.
