Hi prawn man … I don't know your history so perhaps you can assist my interpretation but here goes for you - IMHO the spikes in the past suggest speculation … look at the three and five year charts … huge spikes with large daily ranges then quick recoils. Whenever there's a wide daily range its a sign of speculation and the sp recoils.

Thank you Andy20020. Your explanation is very helpful. I don't have too many skills with charts - most of my info comes from HC and the Commsec charts (i.e., for shares I put on Watchlist). So, I am very appreciative of anyone who is prepared to share their understanding. It's funny how most trades take place during the spikes - which means that most people who buy at the higher price then spend months later watching the share price flat-lining at a lower price. (I can testify to that problem.) If you are good enough to trade the highs and lows, then best of luck to you amego.
