I wonder if Petsec had been bidding for more leases in GOM in December this year (could account for a sudden cash burn?) The results will be announced 17th March 2004. I assume the successful companies would have been given notice?

a search of site tells me Petsec have at the 2nd Dec 2003 65 leases on 26122.925 acres for the gulf of Mexico
