IF (and its a big IF) you reckoned that CHM had even the slightest chance of success against MMX and you wanted to buy into CHM on that basis you WOULD NOT buy in for about three to four years because it will be that long until it finds its way to court and history shows that stocks such as CHM that only have this sort of speculative asset will not be able to sustain thier share price over that time. Buy into CHM at 0.2 cents in three years time and be prepared to loose the lot. But you'd be crazy to think CHM can hold these levels with all the procedural things that have to be gone through for courts these days.

Also someone mentioned a DOCA was involved? If so, forget it all together, DOCA's wipe the slate clean. They have to or the whole reconstruction process would not work. If anyone can add technical comment on why this claim could get through an executed DOCA please let me know.
