Some may say this is a massive plant 350 metre by 350 metre R&D plant for a potentially a disruptive massive technology.
Now the troll army will now complain that the plant is too small now it's too big - make up your mind.
I remember the old days of the useless master researcher ( WOW! that should be put in capitals, how wrong was he and all who followed) would bang on the Exergen plant which was building a 1km hole in the ground which apparently was a nice size and small.
