What price takeover premium?
Merrill Lynch had a price target of $3.60 if IO increaese was 70%, it would appear that we have 65%, so Haemitite one would think is close for the short term price, give or take.
So on top of that we have to add the premium for takeover, what is that worth at the moment I don't really know, but considering recent premiums paid is $4.2 floated by son2976 to low?
It is believed that MGX are going to the takeover panel today according to the weekend financial review with their concerns to either force a takeover or the Shougang share sale not to proceed. The ministers approval means bugger all at this stage.
Interesting times still to come, all I hope is we can keep the momentum going until next financial year to save some pain with the taxman.
