    IMO, there is no conflict between trusting the board and the board makes rational decisions.

    IF Golden Koala is the reason JAT drew so much attention in past few months, I believe most people here will agree with it. So let's talk about the Golden Koala.

    1. They do have a new IF product - Golden Koala Premium Infant Formula. The packaging has been re-designed, which looks much nicer compared to the old one IMO. It makes no sense if JAT doesn't list it through Chinese eCommerce unless they just make the new product to fool all the SHs.

    2. To get the new Golden Koala listed on those eCommerce, you have to open a flagship store on Tmall, JD.com, VIP and/or Kaola, or have agreements with other second/third-tier eCommerce. At the moment, JAT either has a flagship or enter agreements with Chinese eCommerce. I knew people will say JAT has a store on JD.com. But no, they don't. I am Chinese and I do know how to read a Chinese website. It only makes sense if JAT makes deals with these eCommerce first. And they do have a plan to list on Kaola first if you look at the new JAT released on 22/03/2018. If you read the JD.com new carefully, no flagship has been mentioned, it only says "JD Global has approved the sale of Golden Koala’s Australian dairy products on JD Global’s cross border platform: JD.hk.", words of art I guess.

    Lastly, no matter how much you have invested in JAT, I believe they are your hard-earned money. So please be rational. One big disadvantage JAT has (well, I guess I will be called downramper again) is Golden Kaola is not available in Australia, an Australian IF brand that doesn't sell to Australian, very very important factor to a Chinese.

    The reason A2, Aptamil and Bellamy's are so popular in Chinese is Australian also trust these brands and buy these products for their babies. So, how will you convince a Chinese to buy an Australian IF if the products are not available in Australia? You have no idea how much research a Chinese mother will do if you introduce a less famous IF brand. Please note both of WHA and BUB products are available in Australia.

    I am not saying Golden Koala is not a genuine Australian Made product (I know it is), in fact, it can be as good as any other IF. Unfortunately, this is how Chinese value a Brand. If you knew someone who understands Chinese, please ask him/her to BAIDU “金考拉”, and you will know how Chinese view the brand.

    With that being said, Golden Koala can still have its own market share if JAT really puts some effort into it, but the question is how much effort they will put.
