Re the Power Plant
Sorry, have been meaning to post this for a while...

Page 64 shows their "optimal" plan is to have the Ngaka power plant up and running by 2023, which means a start date of around 2020. So dont hold your breath for that. It means its coming, but no time soon.
There is the Sinoma & Hengya Chinese cement plant in the works though, which will need ~1m tonnes of coal a year, although I can't seem to find a more recent update on the progress of the build of the plant.
