What are you trying to say.Licence by who and to whom.Metalysis have patents protecting their work they do not need to get licences.We would presumably have a fixed price agreement with them so they could cross the biggest hurdle they have left the price of scandium.Win win.They have lots of good reasons to select us now.How many people do you know who have a) collaborated with Metalysis on research already
