CHM do not just have this "speculative asset". It just happens that the short-term corporate activity is dominated by a number of legal matters - MMX is of course not the only one but, if successful, would represent a far more significant positive than the rest put together. As for the time and money it might take for "David to slay Goliath" that will in part depend on the content and quality of submitted documentaion due to be presented to the court on the 22/02. I am neither a lawyer,barrister or for that matter a mining expert. It would appear from a considerable number of submissions that there must be many of you who think you are.I am sure both MMX and CHM have employed what they believe to be the "best in the market" with regard to legal representation - maybe best to leave it up to them to resolve this matter and in the meantime be positioned in one or the other or both. After all it is more interesting and more fun than mucking around in boring and declining bank stocks (aka the now very boring sub-prime saga)!!!
