Yes, you are missing heaps!!

You cant compare the two stocks. ARU has a great resource, but, negatives are:

1] massive CAPEX of $750 million
2] they have to process & separate all the rare earths, uranium phosphate etc.
3] they have crap management (my opinion)
4] stock has a poor market reputation after the worst scoping study in history!!
5] many, many, years of development before mining.
6] only a small deposit of phosphate; 18mill/t @ 14%
7] not much going besides Nolans

I will stop there.

Whereas MAK has:
1] tiny CAPEX .. estimate around $30 million
2] very simple benification process before shipping
3] great management ... boxes being ticked
4] stock has currently an excelent reputation
5] short time until feasibility & production
6] MASSIVE phosphate deposit; 1.9 BILLION tonnes @ 14.4% incl 115 mill/t @ 23%
7] heaps more in the bag .. Besides the multi $billion Wonarah Phosphate deposit:
a) $5 bill Moina Fluorspar/tin/tungsten deposit currently under study
b) Storeys Creek Tin/Tungsten ... world class deposit
c) Fraser Iron ore magnetite deposit, potential to host close to $1 billion tonne resource

All this and at the end of today they are still about $14mill below the MC of ARU
