I don't have any contacts who've rung the company, but I've certainly rung them myself on several occasions.
To date, I've been most unimpressed with the quality and/or accuracy of the information I have received.
Due to the constant delays and regurgitation of old news in repeated attempts to lift the sp, I believe management has severely dented their credibility. I have no doubt that the quality of the upgrade will be good, but the subsequent rise in the share price will be nullified to a certain extent by people's lack of faith in the management to take this company to the next step.
