    Does anyone know if City Pacific settled the purchase of Mariners Cove on the Gold Coast last Friday?

    They previously made more than one announcement to market about the purchase, including stating that it was "unconditional" and set to settle on 15 February 2008. Did it settle?

    I bet it didn't. There will no doubt be some pathetic excuse!

    Two words: "Credit Crisis".
