My bet is Areva may get first shot ... reason is european and favorite company of French president. (think Ukr to join EU) next ... Tevel to appease Russians, Korea, US for financial reasons and then and only then bunch of corgis will be given a chance ( maybe even Ura). Past declarations not really worth a piece of paper. So given all this we may have something late may or june.. maybe?
