maybe the share price just got ahead of itself. If they can deliver on their promises (and they appear to be doing that) it will be ok. There is a lot of uncertainty but imo once they prove that they can get the IBR acquistion working this will move up, and probably rapidly.
Institutions like to get into stocks via capital raisings and this is what TMR is trying to avoid. It would be my guess that a lot of the selling would be from ex-IBR holders. This will be ok, just needs time.
If in doubt, get out is best advise.
