You are missing the point. Based on historical performance several CR is a sure thing to continue to fund excessive pays of the current BOD and PB without delivering the value. Shareholders like yourself will continue to have faith and hope that someday things will happen and you will retire on this nest egg comfortably. The short term pain is tolerable if we are to replace the current management team with proven and more capable executives. ML and other pending items you refer to has been on the pointy end for many years now. How long are you prepared to wait until you wake up to the harsh reality that this management team is incompetent? Furthermore opportunity cost is tangible, ask the retirees who pulled the pin on their Superannuation just after the GFC. They lost a significant amount of money which has impacted their standard of living. They cannot buy back time so are left with the remnants of what came out in the wash. In terms of your views on options value, then why spend time and resources to issue them for free in the first place if you cannot deliver upon them? Once again a classic example of incompetence of the current leadership team. You speak of risks and rewards like you are betting on lotto. Investing in shares is about owning a small part of a business with a view to capitalise on existing operations and future potential. The people leading this organisation are failing miserably and you sit there and make excuses up for them to help you sleep at night. How can you lie to yourself?
