    I usually just buy and sit on the shares but recently have gone all out to sell my highest cost parcels at what seems like a peak and rebuy when a significant discount appears. Buying 10k back 30c cheaper today made me happy

    If it goes up... good... if not I'll grab more.... win-win as long term I think this boat will have enough for all.
