Good point! When your rolling in it sometimes you are not as aware of how your actions will affect others; eg. a wealthy director selling shares for his own interests. When you are more watchful with your pennies you can see better how decisions can affect the bottom line- the SP!- because your money is worth more to you than the obscenely wealthy Chairman.

It is somewhat akin to a poorer person who can only afford to bet exotically, eg. quinellas, quaddies. He values his money and therefore will want to know more of the intricacies of a race to add some insurance to his bet, than the guy with the big bucks who can afford to bet big on the nose and lose because he has got so much he doesn't care.

A wealthy businessman will always have the out that business is business and what he did was legal, but morally and for the shareholders KE is bankrupt and needs to go ASAP!
