Who said anything about the owner undermining the company? It is fairly clear he is raising funds to pay for his toorak mansion but he did want to sell more hoping to get closer to $10 per share. he just regrets having to sell at $7 do he has just sold enough to buy his new house.
KGN is a great company and I think it has a fantastic growth runway BUT that doesn't mean you pay anything for it. According to commsec it has a PE of 215 ,,,,, wow ,,,, for a retailer. I know it is a good one BUT wow
