good question, maybe a well known Pulitzer investigative journo could answer these questions?? there were two short spikes, one in November and one in February both just before negative articles were released, i'm just curious why this part of the story is being completely overlooked?? everything else is being investigated, they even mentioned an investor whos father killed himself, that's fair game, but ignoring shorts placed just before your own article has been released gets zero attention??
check out the video, JS flaps when asked about OM, "oh I don't know what they do really?", "I only just found out you can short the stock using a CFD?", "there was an increase in short positions before my article, but it wasn't me if that's what you are asking I wasn't even going to write an article that week??" then goes on to tell how the investigation took many weeks??
I have lost a ton of dough, I've come to terms with that, but I am not going to let shorters off the hook, someone leaked something and JS has to address this with a better response than "it wasn't me?", so who was it?? two short spikes before two AFR articles, who was in the know johnny??
