It's an interesting play, personally I hope you make a few dollars if ZFX walk away.
As you know, I am not shorting but am cashed up and would get back in in a minute. I think your new valuation that AGM is now at a 100% premium and would be trading at 50c is a bit off the mark but granted your speculation is as relevant as mine or anyone els.
I'm a bit more conservative and think it might get back to where it was before the bid at around 65-75 and of course for that to happen ZFX has to walk away.
