I think you’ll find the structuring on TNG and Mt. Peake will be reasonably complicated, not a simple structure like present. A lot of JV type arrangements.
Ok, if this is true, I have to ask (rhetorically) why?
Do they forsee a potential for working on long term follow on projects?
Access to IP?
Discount on project outputs? Ie below spot price?
JV suggests both parties sign on, contribute in resources & costs, expecting a reward outweighing their inputs. You don't JV with banks and financiers?
