It was already announced as a capital raising. From what I understand even WHEN the Exotic funding comes through these funds can only be used in Tanzania for the advancement of the Stage 1 Process and spent on Tanzanian costs. I believe that is a condition of the raising. As such they still will need funds for Australian Office costs such as salaries, rents, legal, consultants etc I would not expect a large raising in that case so as not to have too much dilution. Furthermore I am hoping the company can introduce an institutional investor to the register.

This is my take on why this is happening but I could be completely on the wrong track, but if it’s not this CR it will still need to be done at some stage. DYOR.
