"LPD won't build a refinery in WA"
Won't we ??? (2nd last paragraph)... that's my question.
We are free to mine....
We just can't utilise the L-Max tech in WA until the licence expires in 2020. Those that hold the licence need to have a plant constructed utilising the Tech within that timeframe -
likely ? That's an obvious answer....
