I'm 99% certain V. ( and now myself ) have it right. Would be great if we were wrong, but I don't think so. Personally I have chased this one up from a number of different sources.
It's a confusing issue. Would help everyone if WPG clarified it for us all within their next announcement.... Personally I treat analysts views with a lot of caution. It's just a starting point for your own research. ( If they were all that clever they'd be retired by now backing they're own recommendations ... unless they've been divorced once or twice )
