A sly trick? I don't know why you are trying to paint FBR as being run by tricksters. They promised to build the HX. They delivered. Yes it was later than originally promised. But no other company beat them to it and delays happen in all projects.

Though I strongly believe that there is such no Legal definition of a robot. You are welcome to prove otherwise.
Google throws up a good definition. And the HX meets that definition.
