It will be interesting to see who gets the 40% equity share of our SNE funding plan if that’s the way it goes. How is that not dilutionary, though? since equity participates in income distribution.
I also wonder why COP is dragging the chain on PE. Do they think they’ll lose? Are they trying to help Woodside cement itself in the development plan, making it more difficult to unscramble the egg? COP has now angered FAR, the Government and the ICA. In my experience it doesn’t pay to anger the umpire ... and I was one once, so I should know!
