I would say that selling is the primary reason for the sagging share price, not the company performance. You have to wonder if there was some acrimony between him and the current management.

He didn't sell too indiscrimanantly since that would damage his own return, but the timimg makes me wonder if either he needed the money badly, or he wanted to deliberately undermine the cap raising.
