Yeah I agree - great find!
I had a look and no numbers. It just said a cash component to Magna and royalties out to 2025 (no % given).
Seems to be a good strategic fit for Aytu and it would seem they are better equipped to get some traction in the US than Magna.
And once again its good to see 3rd party endorsement for Zolpi and it bodes well with what SUDA are trying to do with the rest of the world rights.
