Hang on a second guys, Neil has invested a stack of cash and time into the company for many years and whilst his salary is around $390K from memory, there isn't much change living in Sydney with a few kids so this is a very reasonable investment and show of confidence in the circumstance IMO.
And yes he's privy to the companies secrets and knows best, but putting even more eggs into IMS isn't a sensible idea to throw the house at it right now until he starts to prove it's about to take off again.
I think we need some perspective here and give Neil and Ian a chance to deliver their new global marketing business plan, which if successful will make them very wealthy fellows and us too if we have a decent parcel (except for Q).
