you have to prove there was intent to mislead the market.
Their is no proof of intent.
He still has a material holding (as of latest t20), and he may still partake in the raising
He can just say he changed his mind, people can do that.
In the end they are his shares to sell, for his reasons.
Short of proof of an intent to mislead, its just tuff.
We need sales, nothing more nothing less.
That is the only thing that can fix it.
