I find it downright insulting that Henry wont buy any shares. With over 1mill p.a salary package hes not short of cash. Blackout periods are a load of rubbish. We discussed this in depth on here. My guess is hes knows alot more about the register and whose been selling (pushing it down), than he lets on. How did Instinet end up with so many to sell the last 12 months. Whose "giving" Instinet all their supply? Could be a real seller, maybe, maybe not. Either way whatever has gone on here, the CEO needs to grow a pair and show some faith with hard earned. Not too many CEO's around of listed companies that dont hold any equity stake.
