    There wouldn't have been too many existing shareholders participating in this placement,if any -the result of the Vermilion well will be known by early next week which puts these 'new' shareholders at a big disadvantage IMO as they don't get control of the shares until 5Jan04-one thing's for sure the shares will be either 75c or $1.25+ then.
