Katana, even if you adjust the $2.03 just raised by GDN for the 6% commission to Cunninghams, its .. wait for it ... $121, 800 ! So reduce GDN's cash from 6.829 million to 6,707,200 .. does it really matter ? In the scheme of things, with WCU's added value (bringing at least $ 5 million cash flow to GDN) and with .. 6.7 / 6.8 million in cash - GDN is cheap at 7.8 cents in my opinion. You are negative on this stock, fair enough, you are entitled to your view, but if you want to attack the analysis with a 120 800 variation then I just dont see the balance in that.
