One would have to wonder if the reluctance to publicise new contracts is related to the new listing rules … CFO was pulled up on them today (a company in a similar situation to AJX).

It really does put growth companies in a difficult position when confronted with a new contract - they don't want to disclose their commercial situation to competitors and yet a material change to their situation must be published under the requirements.

Dirk was commenting on the fact that they have a good quarter this time around, and yet can't say anything.....

We are perhaps faced with the situation where we will not see contracts publicised by many companies at all in the future because of the lies peddled in the past.

Given the timing of the comment by AJX that they will not release details of future contracts, methinks that maybe more to do with the ASX reaction to BIG (and others) than anything else. That really leaves us with little in the future apart from the required reporting information and whatever other bits and pieces that can be released without compromising their situation commercially.
