When I first read about this product I took some A2 milk powder in a bowl and started adding honey a little at a time. Just until the milk powder was dissolved. I like pecans so I added some finely chopped pecans and made a roll in plastic wrap like a hot dog. Refrigerate and then cut off pieces like candy. Delicious! Trick is to add the least amount of honey possible.
