What is the status of the "proposed" EGM?
I mean is there any real chance of that?
Further can a motion passed at the EGM unwind the Stella sale? Is this all pipe dreams by those that are not aware of the commitment made and the binding effect of the contracts?

The other point is unlees the Board is incompetent surely they have made the best possible decisions under what appear to be very difficult circumstances for the Co.

So is anyone saying we have:
1. A sale contract that can be unwound, and
2. A Board that is incompetent and made a bad decision.

This needs a smart legal guy who really knows MFS's position.

I have yet to see anyone around like that.
