I understand the angst about the recent placement at low prices. there have been a few and i don't have a mental tally of the total but....to put it in perspective......what percentage of the (fully diluted) company has been issued at this price. It seems like a lot but I think (maybe someone who has kept tally can give an exact figure) that it is no more than a couple of % of the total company.
So if this couple of % of shares gets the right people on side, and can turn what was a shell company, into a vibrant mid tier multi commodity mining outfit valued at $2 plus a share then go for it I say. Why risk success for the sake of a couple of percent further dilution.
I think to be invested in CVI one needs to trust Mark Smyth's judgement. I see some are struggling with that atm. And fair enough too as we are all responsible for our own $$$ but I am happy with the course we are taking.
