phone calls made - and lots of people not taking up their entitlements [ well im assuming that anyway ] and middle of June is the worst time to be doing a CR - its when people are tax loss selling....

whats the bet its one of the under writers realising they have to come up with a few million $ [ 2.7 mil underwritten ] - so they buy on market to encourage others to take up some or all of their allocation
we live in interesting times...
ive found that there is no such thing as coincidence in life
then again it just might have been an amazing co-incidence....
