Keep in mind that the last mining boom was very much an infrastructure and construction phase. I think the next one will be more a mini-boom. It don't think WA will see the same influx of FIFO's it did last time.
As for Real Estate Agents - mostly all FOS imo.
They tell you what they want you to hear.
More pain to come for Perth imo.
