    Agreed. Certainly so far we haven't seen that same sort of behavior. Aside from strong but moderate assurances immediately after the election, there hasn't been any push from the SMSL at all and we know they haven't been sidelined; quite the opposite.

    It's just not reasonable to believe that nothing will come of their efforts; nor reasonable to believe it was all politically motivated - certainly I don't think they will allow it all to be seen as such. The fact is there is a net movement of radioactive materials from underground Australia to on-the-ground Malaysia. Personally I believe they had every right to be concerned and to mistrust the information the government was providing. They are certainly going to look hard at the operations for anything remotely threatening. They are motivated to find something actionable. I think they will make a show of it. My guess is at the very least they will seek a larger decommissioning bond.

    But Condisoil approval (ever)? That's a big ask that will need something extraordinary to get it across the finish line (like Amanda's vegetable garden). I give it 50-50 and not anytime soon.
