For what it is worth (maybe not much) but i distinctly remember back about the time of the announcement of COP or a bit later it was on public record that there were bigger bids. That is where my memory fails me though. Not sure if COP stated it during a conference call or there was a statement made by PC or even if it was Malcy but i remember it being stated. Logic would tell me it was COP but in this saga who knows. Does anyone else remember it.
