I wouldn't be too concerned. A bid came in just after 4pm for about $600k at $5.50 which is why the price dropped as the exiting holder sold a few into it. That bid suggests someone with deep pockets is seeing value. I also suspect that the seller is either a PE fund that lost interest after Poundworld and can't sit on a small holding, or a hedge fund that was banking on a takeover but now thinks it won't happen. Either way will be interesting to see if this buyer re-emerges on Monday.
