the co-op is a A bunch of self interested people i who deliberately tried to thwart the capitalization because three of them have the majority of trees for 2002 and a bit less for 2003 and wanted to secure that interest above all else. Well they succeeded . Now that JW is in big trouble I wish them the worst of luck as they did for us . All shareholders and any growers who do not want to join them should be upset with their actions.

Circular to Creditors of the Quintis Group – notice of examinations under Part 5.9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) We refer to the appointment of Shaun Fraser, Jason Preston and Robert Brauer (the Receivers) as the joint and several receivers and managers of the Quintis Group. Upon the application of the Receivers, the Supreme Court of Western Australia has issued summonses under Part 5.9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act) requiring certain individuals to attend before the court to be examined about the examinable affairs of the Quintis Group. The individuals to be examined include:  Frank Cullity Wilson;  Thomas Benjamin Wilson;  Anthony Christian O'Callaghan Murphy;  Graeme Eric Scott; and  Jeremy John Lawrence Wade. Pursuant to section 596E of the Act, we give notice that the examinations will be conducted on 29 June 2018 and 12 July 2018 at the Supreme Court of Western Australia sitting at the David Malcolm Justice Centre, 28 Barrack Street, Perth.
